  • Vehicle details, requested detailing service and appointment preferences.
  • Message text, complaint details and record of your consent.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, pages viewed and cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We process data to confirm bookings, quote services, deliver automotive detailing work, handle complaints and warranty requests, and — only with your consent — measure site performance. Processing relies on your consent and on performance of the service contract under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 4003-IX.
