- Every record signed with initials and date
We inspect first, then explain what the paint can safely take. Every vehicle leaves with a written record: panel notes, paint-depth readings where appropriate, technician initials, and the date of the visit.
No two finishes arrive in the same condition. Vehicle age, previous repaints, and thin clear coat change which polishing options are suitable. That is why we quote after inspection rather than before it, and why our prices are listed as from prices only.
Paint arrives with a history nobody can see: a repainted door, a previously machine-polished bonnet, a clear coat measured in microns rather than words. Our studio in Kyiv starts every job by writing that history down. Panels are listed, readings are taken where appropriate, and the technician signs the sheet with a date and initials.
Prices are “from” prices. The final quote is confirmed after on-site vehicle inspection, and every before and after record carries fixed metadata plus the plain statement that results vary.
Request a documented assessment04
What inspection cannot see is recorded too. Read the assessment limits before booking.
Request documented assessmentDocumented paint correction only works if the limits are written down first. Four constraints we state openly before any polishing pass is scheduled.
Filler under paint, earlier smart repairs and micro-blistering beneath the clear coat may not show at the surface. A panel can read healthy at six measurement points while the layer below it is not.
Resprayed panels vary in thickness from the factory finish, often by a wide margin. Once we see that on the gauge, the pass count and cut depth change, and sometimes correction stops at refinement.
Where readings sit close to the safe minimum, we document the number and decline heavy compounding. Gloss gain is limited on purpose: removing too much film now costs far more later.
Each number describes one spot. Edges, curves and previously blended areas can differ from the panel centre, so the report lists values with their locations rather than a single figure.
If a limit affects your vehicle, it appears in the written report before you commit to polishing options. Send panel photos with the assessment request form so we can flag likely constraints in advance.
