1. Provider identification

2. Services and scope

We perform paint depth measurement, defect assessment and paint correction. Findings, photographs and measurement reports are informative and describe the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection only.

3. Booking and pricing

Prices shown on the site are indicative. The binding price is confirmed after inspection and accepted by you in writing before any work starts. No work is carried out without that confirmation.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked slot. A prepayment is refunded if the service has not begun. Completed work is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate vehicle details, disclose previous repairs or repainting, remove valuables and deliver the vehicle with lawful authority to do so.

6. Complaints and warranty

Under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» vid 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII, you receive clear information on scope, price, terms and the complaint procedure. Claims must be reported within 3 days of handover with photographs.

7. Limits of service

Paint correction cannot remove defects below the clear coat without repainting. All claims about inspection results or certifications are substantiated in line with Zakon Ukrainy «Pro reklamu» vid 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR.

8. Personal data

Booking data is processed under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» vid 25.04.2024 No. 4003-IX and our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and law

We may amend these terms; the current version is always published here. Ukrainian law governs this agreement.
